We are undertaking the development of Version 1.1 of SoftSkills.ma, a platform dedicated to selling soft skills and language courses. This update aims to enhance the user experience, influence user behavior to boost sales, and prominently showcase our offerings. Key improvements will be made to the homepage, course presentation, overall site performance, and transactional functionalities.

We encountered and successfully navigated several challenges inherent to the dynamic landscape

Redesigning the homepage to better highlight our courses while maintaining a visually appealing and intuitive layout.

Improving the user interface and experience to drive higher engagement and sales.

Resolving layout issues and plugin conflicts across the site to ensure smooth functionality.

Conducting thorough maintenance to update the CMS and plugins, enhancing overall site performance and security.

Optimizing the website speed and performance for faster load times and better user experience.

Fixing issues on the single course page and streamlining the purchasing process for ease of use.

Solution

To achieve these improvements, we undertook a comprehensive redesign of the homepage, allocating specific sections to highlight key language and soft skills courses and updating the hero section for better engagement. We also fixed issues on individual course pages and streamlined the purchasing process. Furthermore, we set up automation for WhatsApp notifications and emails to enhance user communication and support.
