Job Summary:
As the Mid-Senior Sales Manager at Creative X Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with our business objectives. You will lead the sales team, manage key accounts, and play a pivotal role in expanding our client base. Your experience in sales management and deep understanding of digital marketing services will be crucial in driving revenue and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Manage and grow key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry functions to promote the company and generate leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a management role, preferably within the digital marketing or advertising industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, web development, and online advertising.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset.
